My dad is a very fit person and it is very inspiring that he has been able to maintain such great fitness year after year. I hope to maintain his level of fitness when I am his age. He is very committed to his workout routine and he does it every day. He comes home from work and runs outside a couple of miles and then he works out at the home gym and does some weight lifting and works out on some of the exercise machines.
My dad is almost sixty years old and he has solid abs and has no extra weight anywhere on his body. He is always improving his workout routine so it is even more effective. He added some dumbbells of the cast iron kind to his home gym recently and they have been a great addition. He can do some strength training with the dumbbells.
Doing some cardio and some strength training has been working well for my dad. The cardio keeps his heart healthy and keeps him lean while the strength training keeps his bones and his muscles strong. I have the same kind of philosophy, combining cardo and strength for my own workout routines. My dad’s new cast iron dumbbells have been a great way for him to keep his strength up.
I work out on a regular basis to make sure that I am staying in the best shape possible. I have been working out at home a lot lately and it has been really nice to be able to get a good workout in anytime. I used to go to the gym to work out and it got to be a real hassle. My fitness jump rope is an important part of my workout routine and I can really do some intense jumping with the jump rope. I like to do work with the jump rope at the beginning of my workout to get my body warmed up and my heart really pumping. The jump rope is strong and durable and I can do some speed jumping with it.
